Welcome to DedicaMusic. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Service Description

DedicaMusic is an online platform that creates personalized AI-generated songs. Based on the details you provide (occasion, recipient, musical style, and personal anecdotes), our AI provider partners compose lyrics and an original soundtrack tailored to your request. Compositions are generated automatically; due to the nature of generative AI, we do not guarantee that each composition is strictly different from those generated for other users from similar specifications.

User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and place an order. By using DedicaMusic, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in EUR, USD, or GBP depending on your location. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay the price indicated at the time of purchase. All transactions are final once the song generation process has begun.

Song Ownership and License

When you purchase a song from DedicaMusic, you receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the song for personal and gift purposes. Please note:

• You may listen to, share, and gift the song to the intended recipient for personal use.
• DedicaMusic retains all underlying rights to the AI models, technology, and production processes used to create the song.
• The song is NOT licensed for commercial use, public broadcast, or redistribution for profit without explicit written permission from DedicaMusic.

Right of withdrawal and refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° and 13°, of the French Consumer Code, songs ordered on DedicaMusic constitute (i) digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and (ii) goods made to the consumer's specifications, for which the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply. At the time of payment, the buyer expressly agrees that performance of the service begins immediately and explicitly waives their right of withdrawal. This consent is collected via a dedicated checkbox on the payment page and evidence is retained. A 45-second preview of each song is provided before payment so that the buyer can assess the result. A full refund may be granted only in the following cases: (a) a technical issue preventing access to the delivered file, (b) a corrupted or unusable file, (c) non-delivery of the file within 72 hours of payment. Any request must be sent to support@dedicamusic.com within 14 days of purchase.

Content Policy

You agree not to request songs that contain:

• Hate speech, discriminatory language, or content that targets individuals or groups
• Illegal content or content that promotes illegal activities
• Sexually explicit or violent material

Limitation of Liability

DedicaMusic provides songs on an "as is" basis using AI technology. While we strive for quality, we cannot guarantee that every song will meet your subjective expectations. DedicaMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the song.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
