We collect the following personal data when you use our service:

• Recipient's first name and details (for song personalization)

How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Creating and delivering your personalized song
• Processing orders and payments
• Website analytics and service improvement

Data Retention

We retain your data for the following periods. Upon erasure request under Article 17 GDPR, your personal data is anonymized within one month, except for order data retained under accounting obligations.

• Purchased song audio files: kept for as long as we operate the service, so you can re-download them at any time. They are deleted only if you ask us to (right to erasure) or if your order is fully refunded.
• Preview audio files (unpurchased songs): 4 days, then automatically deleted
• Prospect data (email, form submissions): 180 days from the last interaction, then automatically deleted
• Order data (amount, date, Stripe payment ID): 10 years, in accordance with French accounting obligations (Article L123-22 of the French Commercial Code)
• Abandoned orders (unfinished checkout): 24 hours, then automatically deleted

Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• Right to data portability: request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format

Content generated by artificial intelligence

The lyrics and music of your songs are generated by third-party artificial intelligence systems. In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we inform you that: (i) the content you receive is artificially generated and is not composed by a human; (ii) two users submitting similar specifications may receive compositions with similarities, the absolute uniqueness of each creation not being guaranteed by the nature of generative AI; (iii) the personal data you enter (recipient's first name, anecdotes) is transmitted to our AI providers to perform the generation.

Targeted advertising and campaign measurement

With your explicit consent obtained via the consent banner (category "Targeted advertising"), we use the Meta Pixel, Pinterest Tag and their server-side Conversions APIs to measure advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest and to create retargeting audiences. Depending on the event, the following data may be transmitted to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd and to Pinterest Europe Ltd and Pinterest, Inc.: email address hashed with SHA-256 after normalization, country, IP address, user agent, fbp/fbc and Pinterest click identifiers, and the amount and currency of your order. Transfers to the United States are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the "Manage preferences" button in the footer.

Review invitations (Trustpilot)

After a purchase, we share your email address and a copy of your order delivery email with Trustpilot A/S (Denmark, EU) so that Trustpilot can send you a one-time invitation to review our service. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in collecting authentic customer feedback (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Leaving a review is entirely optional, and you can object to future invitations via the unsubscribe link in the invitation email or by contacting us. Trustpilot processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available on trustpilot.com.
